Description

John Clevland. Captain Ferguson has asked that the money imprested for the expense of raising men is not charged upon his pay for the Porcupine. There is another imprest standing out against him for slops, stores and Surgeon's necessaries, some of which has been transferred to a succeeding account in order for him to receive his pay. Ask if he should account for that sum before he receives his wages for the Porcupine
