Description

Daniel Devert. The William and Elizabeth has had the arms on board some days and has been detained only to receive the baggage of some Officers. The Master will have orders to go directly to the Downes and to apply to Admiral Smith on his arrival. Mr Major informs the transports at Portsmouth have been hindered by the neap tides and will send to the Admiralty for Mediterranean passes for them
