Description

John Clevland. Letter from Mr Dent at Gravesend. Protests are to be entered against the Masters of the Prince Frederick and Earl of Halifax Transports for their negligence. The former has returned to his ship but the other is still absent. The Pilot refuses to take charge of her and she is short of men. Has applied to Captain Hutchenson who is raising men here to supply 6 seamen which has been done.
