Description

John Clevland. The transports for North America are at Deptford but only one sailed yesterday as the wind prevented the other three from sailing because the Pilors refused to take charge of them so they sailed this morning. Commissioner Dent is now controlling the payments at Broad Street and has been asked to follow the transports to Gravesend
