Description

John Clevland. Captain Loggie of the Peregrine Sloop has applied for a Pilot to go from Sheerness to Ostend and Middleburgh. Trinity House informs that none can be found and propose Captain Loggie is ordered to send to Margate Road or the Downes for a Pilot
