Description

Copy letter from Mr Pavier to the Board. The Master of his sloop has informed that he could not proceed from Plymouth until he had got a new protection. After the embargo was taken off, Admiral Holburne assured him his men were under protection and he took to sea. Yesterday, Alexander Hood, Lieutenant of the Prince, took the men from the Sloop but left two indentured apprentices. He cannot proceed without the men
