Copy letter from Commissioner Rogers to the Board. Reports on the 8 guns at Froward Point which are in bad condition and asks for them to be replaced. Admiral Holburne has orders to send officers with parties of men to intercept deserters and they are to be paid by the Clerk of the Cheque at the rates listed. The Clerk of the Cheque has received no orders which I have now given him.
