Description

John Clevland. Lieutenant Neale has applied that the affidavit made to his accounts for raising men for the Antelope, is accepted although expressed in different words to those printed. The Lieutenants hare required to swear 'that the sum charged against each particular is the same for which it was expended and not otherwise'. Opine the defect in wording can be dispensed with and the account allowed
