Description

John Clevland. George Bryant and Company, under contract to provide slops, as an embargo is laid on the shipping which prevents them supplying Plymouth Yard, ask if they can be carried there by HM ships. Propose that any captain going from Portsmouth to Plymouth should be asked by the contractor's agent to receive such slops
