John Clevland. John King has petitioned for reimbursement for payments for medicines on the Devonshire Tender. He acted as Surgeon's Mate, by order of Captain Harrison of the Monmouth. Opine he should be paid by bill on affidavit, to the value of the medicines and the pay of a Surgeon's 1st Mate on a certificate from the Commanding Officer of the Tenders on which he served
