John Clevland. The Plymouth Officers inform us that the stuff in the pitch kettles caught fire which was extinguished. Opine the pitch house is too near the East houses and the supplying kiln not far from the Boat houses which could cause accidents and propose they are moved to the Fence Wall and give an estimate of the cost
