Description

John Clevland. Henry Doidge has written from Fort St. David infirmary that Rear Admiral Watson has appointed him Naval Storekeeper to the Squadron under his command. As the Capital ships were going to Bombay to clean, he has drawn bills but has sent a warrant unattested by the Admiral. Have received no letter of advice of the appointment and ask if the bills should be paid.
