Description

John Clevland. The Deptford Officers were asked to consider a letter with a survey taken by Sir Edward Hawke with Vice Admiral Boscawen and Commissioner Hughes and the Portsmouth Officers of the sails complained of by Rear Admiral Mostyn and are sending a copy of their reply. They have asked that the sail is sent to Deptford for further inspection.
