John Clevland. Mr Butler has produced plank paid with a composition to prevent the worm which has been sent to Portsmouth to be placed under the jetty heads. The Portsmouth Officers report favourably and propose that when any ships are ordered to the West Indies that one of them should be payed with the same composition
