There are orders for a proper Buoy to be provided at Portsmouth or Plymouth and put on board the Guarland to go to Guernsey and be placed on the wreck of the vessel lately foundered there. Commissioner Rogvers at Plymouth informs the buoy has been made but the Guarland is ordered on another service and asks for directions
