Description

John Clevland. Elizabreth Burnie's Executor asks that the tickets of Lieutenant Orrack and his servant on the Duke are paid. They have not been paid for the lack of Lieutenant Orrock's journals. A certificate from the Judge Advocate states he was attending the Courts Martial on Admirals Mathews and Lestock and opine they may be dispensed with and the tickets paid
