John Clevland. Captain Russell was given an imprest for raising seamen when Lieutenant of the Prince of Orange. The Admiralty ordered he should not be cleared of more than the £10 paid over to Lieutenant William Holburne. He has produced a short account of disbursements. Because of Captain Stapylton's death, his certificate cannot be obtained and have no objection to allowing the account with Admiralty approval
