John Clevland. The late Captain Rowzier's mother has applied to dispense with some particulars in his accounts for the Vigilant and for his affidavit for his half pay. We find some accounts missing, some unsigned and that no papers have been delivered to the Victualling Office but there is no imprest against him. Opine the insufficiences can be dispensed with a his affidavit
