John Clevland. Have advertised for the sale of Marine clothing but few people showed interest so stopped the sale. Opine it would be better to issue the waistcoats to the seamen. Only one person bid for the accoutrements, he who had sold them to the Government for £124 and now offers 15 guineas and suggest the Office of Ordnance takes them to be issued to ships
