Description

Thomas Corbett. William Osborn, late owner and Master of the Nazareth, agreed with Admiral Mathews at Port Mahon, that she should serve as a tender as long as the conditions applicable to transports still apply and under which he served from 1742 to 1744. Then the vessel was purchased by Order in Council for use as a fireship. When he applied for an interest bill, he was offered only a non-interest bill. Opine he should receive interest for 6 months
