Description

Thomas Corbett. There is a need to increase the spinning capacity at Portsmouth Ropeyard. Recommend the building of new storage for the hemp to release floor space for spinning machinery as suggested by Sir Jacob Ashworth and Mr Clevland on their recent visit to Portsmouth and give an estimate
