Thomas Corbett. Lieutenant Burcher of the Salisbury claims he was appointed 3rd Lieutenant of the Roebuck in December 1740 but was sent to Ireland to press men. When he returned the Roebuck had sailed for the Mediterranean and another Lieutenant had replaced him. Later while on the Dartmouth in the Mediterranean, he was appointed Lieutenant of the Salisbury by Admiral Haddock in November 1741. Recommends him for back pay
