Description

Robert Pearson and William Hammond, pilots, to Francis Gashry in the Navy Office. Quote a precedent from 1734 when Sir John Norris' Squadron needed pilots, for their claim for an extra allowance for piloting the Chatham and St. Joseph Prize from the Downes to the Thames.
