Josiah Burchett. Seventy ships have been surveyed and considered fit to transport troops to Jamaica. Forty-five of these are fitted out and ready to sail, including the 16 for Newcastle and Leith. Another 25 may be ready by the end of April. Need sailing instructions for those ships now ready
