Josiah Burchett. Richard Brown has wrriten on behalf of Alexander Bennet, owner of the Hadjee with Naval stores for Gibraltar, who gives an account of the ill proceedings of her Master, Daniel Israel. Captain Oliphant of the Falkland has been ordered to take her under convoy when she arrives at the Downes. He should visit the ship and examine her sails and furniture which should be sufficient to go to Gibraltar and to put an Officer and men on board to take care of the King's stores and the ship on her arrival at Gibraltar and to provide provisions for the men in passage. The value of the stores should be abated from his freight
