Description

Josiah Burchett. William Hayton has brought white oak timber from new England and has asked for it to be received at Chatham upon valuation for an experiment of its quality. Are sending a copy report and opine it should be received for a further experiment. Have written to Mr Hayton to remove the defective load and not to send more to Chatham until the quality has been tried.
