As crop is exceptionally large Egerton does not expect difficulty unless the London company attempts to mortgage the balance of the crop in which case he would claim prior lien for labourers' wages. Believes the difficulties of the company are probably unconnected with British Guiana. Unnumbered telegram, folios 241-245A
