Rosehall riots: reports that Messrs Booker Brother McConnell and Company Limited, agents of the estate, have refused to cover expenses incurred by the police. Asks for advice and information about practice elsewhere, and states that the riot was caused by 'injudicious action on the part of the management'. With copies of official minutes and note of a meeting between the government secretary and attorney general, and Mr Arthur McConnell and his legal adviser.
