Forwards a return of the supplies sent by General Mathew on board John. Also reports ordering that the military hospital be repaired and a cistern be built.
Reports appointing Joseph Hutcheson as Garrison surgeon, Anthony King as assistant to Chief Engineer Captain Durnford, Henry Lawzun as Barrack Master, and James Stockton as Commissary of Provisions. Each was given a salary of five shillings per day.
