[Petition in 6 parts].1) Graily requests restoration of rents with arrears from the towns of Langon and Bazac that he lost in the war.2) Graily requests that the gift of the justicerie of St Croix du Mont granted to Tastes be repealed as it was sequestered from his family.3) Graily requests the payment of a sum in which the king's grandfather was bound to Burdeux and the captain of Bugz to their heirs as their lands were totally wasted in the war.4) Graily requests that his son be admitted to his liberty to sell wine in Bordeaux free of custom as other lords do.5) Graily requests that the seneschal be ordered to define the boundaries of the king's land with his and his son's, giving to each their right.6) Graily requests the king's aid in garrisoning his castles if it is the king's intent to make war, as they will be imperilled if there is a war.1)
Nature of endorsement
The seneschal and constable are to inform themselves of this and certify the king, and do justice.2) [In parts illegible] . . . charged to do right to him, notwithstanding the grant.3) He should show his letters to those who come into those parts for the king and justice will be done to him.4) Let letters containing the effect of this petition be directed the seneschal and constable that they inform themselves of the matter and certify the king, and let justice be done according to the custom.5) The king by the advice of the council . . . should assign certain people to make the bounds between the lands . . .6) The king sends certain people . . . of pay, and have full power . . .

The petition refers to the late king and to Edmund of Woodstock, earl of Kent so is clearly early in the reign of Edward III. The reference to the earl of Kent suggests that the earl may not be dead, so it is possible that this petition dates to just before 1330.
