Nature of request
The petitioners request remedy as Petronilla was granted the third part of the profits of the bailiwick of the office of sergeant crier in the Exchequer, the Bench and in eyres throughout England of the heritage of the heirs of Simon del Escheker, but they are now disturbed in this and there suit of novel disseisin has been suspended because of an error in the wording of the assize.
Nature of endorsement
Let the justices be ordered to proceed to judgment, and if this proves too difficult they should send the record and process before the king and adjourn the parties in the same place and further advice will be taken to do justice.
