- The copy of a writ dates to 1348 as it was transcribed by Hale and attributed a date connecting it to the parliament of 21 Edw. III (1348) (Rot. Parl., vol. II, pp.198b-199a (no.88)). The writ itself dates in its dating clause to 23 March 1334.
