- The commons request a writ to the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer that they be discharged of £6 22d which they have been charged for by the sheriffs of the county to pasture their affers in their own woods for the 'fence' time as if the woods were still forest, although the community agreed with Edward I for the disafforestation of the county for an annual rent.
