Name(s)
Flemmyng (Fleming), Aubrey
Addressees
King and council.

Flemmyng requests that the process of the arrest that her husband had on the goods of the men of Holland and Zeeland be viewed in Chancery, and that she be granted a writ to levy the outstanding debt as the arrest was suspended by the king and council.
Nature of endorsement
The process should be viewed in Chancery and let justice be done to her.

Note
The petition is dated to c. 1313 as an earlier part of the process involving the widows husband dates to 15 January 1313, and it seems unlikely that this petition was too later, though Walter le Fleming had died in the meantime (CCR 1307-13, pp.502-3).
