- The petition clearly dates to early in the reign of Edward III as the debt referred to in the petition was incurred in 15 Edw. II, so that a date of c. 1327 seems appropriate. The reference to a petition of 1307 in CIM 1307-49 may not refer to this petition or the petitioner (no.951).
