Nature of request
Bayouse requests remedy as a sum is still being demanded from him in the Exchequer from the time when he was sheriff, which sum he received from the honour of Richmond, but which was restored to the earl though no allowance was made in his farm for the same. He has had a writ on this but nothing has been done.
Nature of endorsement
The petition should be sent to the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer and they are ordered to view the petition and examine the rolls and do justice.
