Nature of request
Spraup requests the delivery of the ship St George which the king entrusted to him, and which was arrested on its return from Guyenne at the suit of Repere and Gylle. He further requests that the sheriffs be ordered to make [restitution] for the losses.
Nature of endorsement
He should have a writ in Chancery to the mayor and sheriffs of London to certify in Chancery the cause of the arrest of the boat and goods, and other matters and certify the king.
