Nature of request
Multon and Lucy request that the process that was begun by Brabazon and his companions concerning the manors of Cockermouth, Skipton and Radstone which are their inheritance be examined and right done to them as the process was suspended at the death of Edward I.
Nature of endorsement
Roger le Brabazon is ordered to examine the record and certify the king at the next parliament; the treasurer and chancellor are to examine the charters concerning the land and the king's right and inform him at the next parliament; and the same are to make a premuniri by writ of the Exchequer to the heirs of John de Eston who hold it of the grant of the king's father for 100 librates of land in Yorkshire, and also to others who it is necessary to come to the next parliament to inform the king on his right.
