Leyburn requests that he be restored to the castle of Odiham or . . . as he was granted the castle and manor by the queen with the king's assent for the term of 7 years but he was ejected by her by malicious council.1)

Coram rege.2) Concerning to the term, it is at the will of the king, and concerning the castle, let it be ordered to those who took them that they make him to have restitution or allowance in the debts that he owes to the queen, the king's mother.
