[The petition is barely legible because of repairs].The people request remedy and the council summon the people of Great Yarmouth before them to answer . . . as they cam by force and arms . . . contrary to their liberties.
Nature of endorsement
If it should be good that it is advised to the council, and pleases the king that the declaration be done according to this petition, and this now in parliament that the people of Great Yarmouth . . . by writ.
