Wyman requests that Wesill be ordered to answer to them for the wool bought from Wyman's attorney by Richard and Sechefeld, as the date for the payment of the sum has now past, and Wesill has conspired by deceit to postpone their suit at Bruges, and Richard and Sechefeld are now both dead. If he has no remedy he will be ruined, and the king will not receive his custom.
Nature of endorsement
Wesill Kekyll came with Swart and other men of his country and denied that Sechefeld was his attorney when the wool was purchased, and other matters contained in the bill, and left without a day.
