[The petition is not easily legible]The people requests remedy concerning those people who should reside in the Isle for its defence but do not. They request remedy concerning those who do not reside in the Isle but owe service to defend the Isle in times of war who have withdrawn the service. They request remedy concerning the actions of the bailiffs of the king's court of chivalry.
