Okham requests that Clinton and his companions be ordered to deliver the gaol of Leicester of Alice Okham and the others imprisoned there by Foune and Busseby until the petitioner made a quitclaim of 15 marks of rent. The justices have already been prevented from delivering them from gaol of several occasions.
