Nature of request
The abbot requests delivery as he has been held at Beaulieu abbey because he was blown by contrary winds to Scotland when he was on the way to Holmcultram and arrested on his return to England by Glenton.
Nature of endorsement
He should have a writ in Chancery to John de Glenton that he should certify in Chancery of the reason for the taking of the abbot, and if it is found that the reason is not reasonable then he should deliver the custody.
