Nature of request
The bishop requests that the bailiffs of the New Forest be ordered to pay the tithes of iron to him, as the tithes were granted to his predecessor who is dead, and the bailiffs will not give him the tithes without a new warrant.
Nature of endorsement
Let the rolls of Chancery be searched, and if it is found that such a writ was issued at another time then he should have another now.
