Boylound requests that he can come before the justices of the Bench before whom a writ of arrest is returnable to show his acquittance of a sum owed to Radanhale, as Radanhale sued the writ against him for the sum though he had been paid and had him imprisoned.
Nature of endorsement
Let this petition be sent in place of the writ where the writ is returnable and there let justice be done.
