- Barton requests that his expenses be allowed as he was appointed one of the receivers of the temporalities of the bishopric of Durham during the vacancy after the death of Bek, and remained in the bishopric to collect the arrears after the temporalities were delivered to Kellawe but the treasurers and barons of the Exchequer will not allow these.
