Note (Additional information about the record)
- The petition is dated to c. 1330 as it is clear that Edmund of Woodstock had been executed by this point (exec. 19 March 1330), and his widow had recovered her dower, part of the lands held by the petitioner being part of that dower. The petition cannot be later than 1336 when the earl of Cornwall died.
