Note (Additional information about the record)
- The petition probably dates to c. 1304 as the petitioner was a widow by 1304, and she is unlikely to have delayed long in pursuit of her dower (CPR 1301-7, p.245; CCW 1244-1326, pp.234, 238). It is quite likely that the petition dates to after 19 June 1305 when the petitioner was granted her dower (CCR 1302-7, p.274).
