Leveson requests an annuity of £10 as he has received no reward for his service with the king in Scotland and Wales and was maimed at the battle of Shrewsbury.
Nature of endorsement
17 December 1406 the king with the assent of his council and of other lords spiritual and temporal with the commons assembled in parliament granted that Leveson should have £10 for the term of his life from the issues and revenues of Staffordshire by the hand of the sheriff. Done in presence of the council [named].
